tigoLab: AI Assistants That Take the Busywork Off Small Teams
What this post is. What tigoLab does, for whom, and how a project runs. tigoLab is my company with Tigran Osipyan. Everything here comes from the services, prices and terms on tigolab.com. The sample chats and invoices on the site are marked as fictional examples.
Short version
- tigoLab builds AI assistants that do real work: they answer customer emails, book appointments, chase invoices, sort documents and update spreadsheets. A person approves every important step.
- We build for small and mid-size businesses: hotels and restaurants, real estate, clinics, law and accounting firms, mortgage and insurance brokers, travel operators, schools and banks.
- The first assistant is usually live in 2 to 3 weeks. It works inside the email, calendar, spreadsheets and files you already use.
- Fixed-price packages exist for Microsoft 365 automation, RAG knowledge bots and MCP servers, each with written acceptance tests and a 14-day warranty.
- It is a small, founder-led team. You talk to the people who build the assistant.
What we build
An assistant here is not a chatbot. A chatbot only talks. An assistant reads what comes in, follows the rules you set, uses your tools, and prepares real output for you to approve: a reply, an invoice, an updated sheet.
- Customer reply assistant. Reads incoming emails and messages, drafts answers in your tone, and flags anything unusual for a person.
- Sales follow-up assistant. Tracks enquiries and quotes, reminds you who to chase, and drafts the follow-up.
- Admin and back-office assistant. Booking, data entry, reminders, and spreadsheets kept up to date.
- Paperwork assistant. Reads invoices, forms and contracts, pulls out what matters, and files it where it belongs.
- An assistant for your own process. A task nobody else has. We map it with you and build for it.
Three ways to start
- AI agents. Support, sales and back-office agents on chat, email and voice.
- Websites. Sites that AI assistants and search engines can read, with schema.org, llms.txt and lead capture.
- Website + AI assistant. One set of facts for your website and your assistant, so both say the same thing.
Fixed-price packages
For teams that already know the job they want done, there are packages with a fixed price, fixed scope and written acceptance tests:
| Package | Price | Time |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft 365 automation: Copilot Studio agents on SharePoint, Power Automate AI document flows | $2,000 to $4,000 | 5 to 10 working days |
| RAG knowledge bot on your documents, with source links and an eval report you can rerun | From $4,000 | 10 working days |
| MCP server that connects your API, database or SaaS tool to Claude and ChatGPT | From $1,500 | 5 working days |
Each package comes with a 14-day warranty after acceptance.
Industries
Every industry has its own routine. The site has a page for each one, with what an assistant can take off the team:
- Hotels and restaurants. An AI guest assistant that answers on WhatsApp, email and website chat, day and night, in the guest's own language. It turns enquiries into direct bookings and table reservations, and the team confirms them.
- Real estate. Lead qualification, viewings, listing questions and documents.
- Mortgage brokers. Document chase, fact-finds and case updates. Advice stays with advisers.
- Clinics and dental. Appointments, reminders and intake forms. No medical advice.
- Law and accounting firms. Client intake, documents and deadlines. No legal or tax advice.
- Insurance brokers. Quote intake, renewals and first notice of claims.
- Travel and tour operators. Traveller questions, booking requests and pre-trip details.
- Education and language schools. Course enquiries, trial lessons and enrolment.
- Banks in Armenia. Customer replies in Armenian, Russian and English, loan document intake, and a staff knowledge bot that runs in the bank's own infrastructure.
In each case the assistant does the routine work. Advice and decisions stay with your people.
How a project runs
- A 20-minute call. You tell us where the time goes. We point out the one task an assistant could take first.
- We map one task. We write down the steps, the rules, and the moments where a person should say yes.
- Build and test in 2 to 3 weeks. We build the assistant, connect it to your tools, and test it on real examples with you.
- Go live, you approve, we tune. The assistant starts working. You approve the important steps, and we keep improving it.
Pricing is agreed per project, up front. The deal on the site is simple: you pay only if the assistant saves your team time. Once the first assistant earns its keep, we cover more tasks and connect more of your tools.
Why us
- Founder-led. A small team you talk to directly: Tigran and me. You work with the people who build the assistant, not an account manager.
- Agent experience. I built the agent that reached #1 on SWE-bench Verified (70%, May 2025) at Zencoder.
- You stay in control. Nothing important goes out without a yes from a person.
Talk to us
If your team spends hours on the same emails, forms and follow-ups every week, book a 20-minute call on tigolab.com. Bring one task. We will tell you if an assistant can take it.
